Welcome to the official site of Kendriya Vidyalaya Vasant Kunj, one of the most prestigious educational institutions of New Delhi, the capital city of India. Inaugurated on 16th April 2003 as a single section school up to class V and upgraded up to class X in April 2004. It is a two section school with about 900 students on roll and is affiliated to C.B.S.E. The arcade has continuously improved since then by the efforts of all related people and the disciplined behaviour of our students. The campus area is about 4000 sqm, which is enclosed by a boundary with a watched gate to ensure the safety and discipline of the students. We have ample open space with a four storied building having spacious, well lit, ventilated classrooms. It stands at a perfect location. It has twenty classrooms, a well-equipped Computer Lab and a Junior Science Lab. and has all along been striving to achieve academic excellence and development in the total personality of the students.

» Annual Day was celebrated on 6th May 10 at Radha Krishnan Auditorium K.V Delhi Cantt. New Delhi. The Chief Guest of the function was Shri A.K.Srivastava, Assistant Commissioner, Delhi Region. The guest of Honour was Dr. Mrs. Renu Batra, Joint Secretary, UGC & Nominee Chairman, VMC.

» Class X C.B.S.E Result was declared on 29th May 10. The school Result is 96.51%

» Card Making Competition was held on 25th June 10. Students have made beautiful Cards for various occasions.

» Investiture Ceremony was organized on 30th June 10. The Principal Madam pinned the batches to the member Student Council, House Captains and Monitors.

» In the Primary Section Hindi and English Calligraphy Competition was held on 01 July 10 under C.C.A activities.

» Inter House English Debate Competition was held on 2nd July 10 in the Secondary Section under C.C.A activities.

» Inter Section Spell Bee Competition was held on 8th July 10 under C.C.A activities in Primary Section.

» Inter House Hindi Debate Competition was held on 9th July10 on the occasion of World Population Day.
